Before
My name is Hope Guedry
Negrotto and I started Boot Camp Code
Pink with the intention of reaching as
many women as possible . The picture
to the left is of a woman who you can't
see the eyes of. If you did , you
would see a very unhappy woman. Three
years ago this picture was taken. It was
at one of my heaviest times. Every day
millions of people spend tremendous
amounts of money looking for that "get
skinny quick" solution to a problem that
took years to create….some even going
back through childhood years. Loosing
weight and feeling great about oneself
doesn't come in a magic bottle, pill,
machine or product…..It comes from
something much deeper than that. The
belief that You are worth it…..the
motivation may lie dormant for
years…..but is waiting to come out……
That little voice inside saying you cant
do this……there is a bigger voice and it
is saying YOU CAN !!! Loosing weight and
changing your thought process can be
done…..although it will not be easy. You
are not alone. Boot camp Code Pink
will help you achieve your goals…..from
one on one, boot camp classes and
personal coaching…….that big voice is
ready to come out.
After
Robbie Robert
Hi, my name is Robbie ever sense
coming to boot camp code pink I
have truly enjoyed ever class
I've been a part of. From
encouraging people to push
themselves as well as push my
self to be what "I "can be and
will be!
Sometimes it doesn't feel like a
class setting it simply feels
like a group of friends working
out helping and being there for
each other. Well ,a little about
me I've been actively involved
with fitness and or sports since
1989. I was involved in
organized sports for 10 years
which include :football,
baseball, and basketball. A side
from training for organized
sports I've also been involved
with Power Lifting and Personal
Training. At Boot Camp Code Pink
it's not just a class it's a
Code for LIFE!

This is me before Boot
Camp
Hi,
my name is Kimi Veillon.
I am married and have
two sons. I
started this journey a
little over a year ago,
not knowing what to
expect. I was out
of shape and was
persuaded by a friend of
mine to join BCCP.
The first boot camp
session I attended, I
was only committed to
showing up, working out
and NOT eating right.
When the session was
over I had lost 12
inches total. That
is when the “aha” moment
was for me. I then
realized that if I would
change some of my eating
habits that I would have
more energy to get
through the workout and
lose more inches/weight.
So here I am a year
later… healthier than
I’ve ever been. I
quit smoking (which was
an accomplishment in its
own), and have lowered
my cholesterol, all
because of BCCP. I
try not to worry about
the pounds and focus
just on eating right and
working out.
I
am very excited about
the opportunity Hope has
given me to teach you
the tools that you will
need to become more
confident and most of
all healthier.
It’s not going to be
easy, but it will be
fun!
