Professional singer, musician, and dancer, Allison Collins has been enertaining the Baton Rouge area for 22 years with her band the Allison Collins Band. She is a 1997 graduate of LSU with degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Theater and she is also signed on with J.Pervis talent agency as an actress and model. She has been a fitness instructor for the past 15 years specializing in personal training, kickboxing, hip hop dance, and body bar. As a mother of three, Allison understands the value of time and money so she designed her one hour classes to give you a concentrated workout that covers all aspects of fitness such as calorie and fat burning, toning, lifting, sculpting, balance, and flexibility.  Brynn Brown grew up playing fast pitch softball and soccer. She is an alumni of East Ascension High School where she played softball, soccer, and competed on the powerlifting team. She is also an alumni from Nicholls State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She has been married to her husband for 5 years. She has a passion for working out with her style focusing on cardio and muscle toning. Brynn has only been teaching with Bootcamp Code Pink for a short time, but has been a part of the BCCP since it started. I am a happily married mother of 3 and full time paramedic. I am also a nationally qualified NPC bikini fitness competitor. From childhood to know I have always been heavily involved in sports & fitness. I have 26 years of dance experience both studio & competitive. In high school I was co captain of the nationally acclaimed Brusly high school dance team & then further advanced to become a member of the southeastern Louisiana university Lionette dance team. I have 5 yrs of experience as a dance instructor. In 2005 I graduated from our lady of the lake college with an associate of science degree in emergency health science and received my national certification as a paramedic. In 2007 after the births of my children I fell head long back into my passion for exercise. In 2010 I became an ISSA certified personal trainer and began my journey into the world of fitness competitions. I have participated in NPC bodybuilding, figure & bikini competitions such as the NPC southern classic in Jackson, ms; NPC red stick classic in Baton Rouge, la; NPC greater gulf states competition In Metairie, la; NPC powershack classic in Biloxi, ms; and the NPC Louisiana state championship in Lafayette, la. I hold the reputation as a top 5 competitor at these shows. I am this year beginning my 2nd year as a member of the prestigious bombshell competition team! Nannette’s love of dance and movement began at an early age motivating her to earn a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Arizona in 1999. Her dance career in the Western states prompted her to study the Pilates method as part of her injury prevention. Nannette began specifically studying the Ron Fletcher Work in 2001 and received her Qualified Teaching Certificate in 2004. She taught at Body Works Studio in Tucson, Arizona from 2002-2009 and nationally and internationally with the Ron Fletcher Program of Study as an Adjunct Faculty member from 2004-present.  After moving back to Louisiana, Nannette received an Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapist Assistant from Delgado Community College in 2012 and has been working in outpatient clinics since graduation. Nannette resides in St. Amant with her husband, dogs, and cat. She enjoys teaching Fletcher Pilates, running, traveling, and enjoying food and wine.
