What is Keto?

A keto diet is a high-fat, a sufficient amount of protein, low carbohydrate diet.  This type of diet forces the body to burn fat rather than carbohydrates.  The Keto diet is not a diet, it is a lifestyle.  As with any diets please consult your physician to make sure that the keto lifestyle is a good fit for you before starting.

What is Hope's Keto Kitchen?

As with any lifestyle and diet change we face challenges with staying on track and following the plan. I have come up with a weekly meal prep system that will support you on your journey to a healthier you.  I prep meals that are in alignment with the keto lifestyle.  The meals consist of clean and fresh foods.  The meals are innovating and always changing to keep your taste buds excited so you do not get bored with the same meals over and over again.

Your prepped meals for the week include:

  • 5 Breakfast Meals
  • 5 Lunch Meals
  • 5 Dinners

The cost of the weekly prepped meals is $120.00 

Fat Bombs (desserts) are also available for an additional cost.  ($2.00 each)

Special orders can also be placed.


Orders must be placed by Monday's at noon. 

Meals are picked up on Sunday's at the BCCP Fitness Studio.
