Personal training is done in a small group setting of 4-6 people.
Personal training is done at BCCP Fitness Studio.
The training is weight training , strength, and full body workouts.
Training is for one hour including a 15-minute warm-up session.
You get personal attention from Hope and added encouragement from others that are training. The setting is relaxed and everyone goes at their own pace. Beginner to advanced can easily work out together.
The group is small enough to remain intimate and motivating. The support system from everyone is an added value.
